Precision Design & Construction is a combination of talents: Gary Irwin and Craig Luebbert.

Craig Luebbert, Architect, ALA

Education: 

Experience: 20 year’s experience in residential and commercial projects, ranging in cost from $50,000 to over 5 million dollars. Land planning services for retail and office developments ranging in size from 5 to 35 acres.

Project Types: residential, multi-family, tenant finishes, manufacturing facilities, educational facilities, church facilities, multi-story office buildings, doctor’s offices and senior housing complexes.

Gary Irwin, Engineer

Raised in a single parent household, Gary Irwin replaced his first bathroom subfloor at age fourteen. His mother was please and found many other home projects from painting and wallpapering to door replacement, carpenter ant damage repair and control. Soon neighbors were calling for repairs as well.

Seeking warmer weather and the beach boys, Gary took a job for the City of Sunnyvale, CA as a project manager for the housing division, training, supervising and evaluating trainees in a construciont trade programs for the Housing Rehabilitation Project. At the close of the block grant it was either take a job as a building inspectore in a neighboring city or hire on as a General Manager of a plumbing service company.

As GM of a 24 hour plumbing service company, he hired, trianed and motivated 52 office, supervisory and service professionals. He was also the main writer of the company operations manual.

He returned to the east coast to be near family and established a remodeling business. In additional to remodeling projects, he built custom homes, sheds, repaired barns, designed and installed dressing rooms, offices and custom fixtures for factory outlet showrooms.
There he met a lovely lady, moved to Missouri and have been building and remodeling for over 16 years.

Along the way, Gary met an architect who was willing to come out to the job site and help lift beams, make customers happy, deal with variations from the plan and smile through it all. Eventually, they became partners to form PDC.
